Pre-Mediation Coaching & Court Hearing Coaching

One to one coaching or on-line video course

Going to a mediation, or a court hearing, a tribunal, doesn't need to be stressful. But for most, it sadly is.

You are bound to be nervous. You're human. You want to give the best account of yourself when giving evidence or negotiating your position.

Preparing psychologically can help you best achieve what you want on the day.

You may have a lawyer, and if you do, they will help with the planning and prepartion of the legal and practical side of things.

Where I can help is with the emotional side of things.

Help you with the mindset. The focus.

The confidence.

So on the day,  you'll know you've got this. You're all about the zen.

You know how it works. How to handle the questions, the probing. You have a mental list of your priorities.

You know what you want. You know what you don't want.

You know it's all going to be fine.

What I can't do

If I'm your designator mediator, I can't work on you with conflict coaching, unless I am doing the same with the other participant. Otherwise, I might not be able to bring neutrality to the mediation.

If I'm your solicitor, I can't act as your mediator for all the reasons above.

If I'm your solicitor, I can sometimes act as a conflict coach, if we can be sure the lines will not be blurred.

Sometimes they will be and then I cannot work with you as a conflict coach on that particular legal problem.

Sometimes the coaching is complimentary, and makes sense. We can discuss and decide on a way forward together.

In all scenarios, you can purchase my on-line coaching course. Details are below.
